Improve wellbeing in education
Delivering mindfulness in schools introduces young people to the skills that can improve Behaviour, Concentration and Cognition, support with Social and Emotional Learning and support their lifelong wellbeing.
It has numerous benefits for both children and educators, helping with reducing and regulating stress, general wellbeing, behaviour, and physical health. And there is an ever growing body of evidence supporting its value and efficacy in education.

Mindfulness for other organisations
The people in a team running an organisation are important. And as the organisation aims to do its best for customers and clients the stresses on the staff team can be huge.
I offer a one off workshop, tailored to your needs, that will help you address these matters and provide resources for you and your staff to use after the workshop. I use the principles of Mindfulness and Mindful Self-compassion for the workshop and for on-going training, eight week programmes, and one-to-one support.
Who teaches MSC?
My name is John Quill. I’ve done a lot of work on myself throughout my life, and I now know what I wish I’d known when I was a much younger man!
I’m in my 70s with many years of life experience and I believe I bring the energy of an Elder to my support for others, whatever their age. Supporting others in turn supports me because it gives me a sense of purpose and makes my (older) life worthwhile.
I’m a Trained Teacher of Mindfulness in schools and a Trained Teacher of Mindful Self-compassion. I’m a husband, a dad, a grandad and a step-dad with both personal and professional experience to draw from to support you. You can read more on the About me page.
