Mindfulness & Self Compassion Coaching
I bring compassionate coaching and mindful mentoring to shed a light on what's going on and to offer resources and strategies to help you cope and grow.
One to one sessions with adults
I bring a lifetime of experience now grounded in Mindfulness and Mindful Self-compassion. I offer compassionate coaching and mindful mentoring to support you on your journey. I have developed a style for one-to-one sessions that works in any context, professional or personal, in a way that provides resources, is supportive, and encourages wellbeing, decision-making and emotional resilience. I can also provide this for couples who need some support in how you talk to each other.
One to one sessions with parents and/or students
This might be for you as a student who is stressed (I can offer strategies including counting and breathing) or who is having behavioural issues (why did you do that? what can you learn?) or troubled about friendships or their relationship with mum and dad (don't take things personally, take a pause, notice what's really going on).
This might be for you as a parent who is worried about your child and how to help; it also means you won't feel so isolated.

What is coaching?
Coaching offers a space for sense-making of your experiences in life.
It helps you to gain clarity and a deeper understanding of the world around and within you.
