I’m here to help you to be the best possible version of yourself, in your life, right now. You can't change your story, but I can help you change the way you tell your story, and embrace your life with an open heart. I can also help you celebrate key, life events.

Life

can often feel negative, as if there are dark clouds rolling in, and for many there is painful stuff from the past that still has an effect in the present. This can feel overwhelming and can drag you down and stop you living your best life.

Why should I trust you, John, to help with my story?

Well, I’m in my 70s with many years of life experience and I believe I bring the energy of an Elder to my support for others, whatever their age. Supporting others in turn supports me because it gives me a sense of purpose and makes my (older) life worthwhile.

Also you can read some positive things on the Mindful Self-compassion page; 96% of satisfied participants after 16 courses would recommend the course to others, and 98% really value my teaching style.

I’ve worked on myself and with other men with the Mankind Project, I’m a Trained Teacher of Mindfulness in schools and a Trained Teacher of Mindful Self-compassion. I’m a husband, a dad, a grandad and a step-dad. You can read more on the About me page too.
