I’m a trained teacher of Mindful Self-Compassion and an experienced celebrant. People tell me my style is calm, kind and direct. I draw on a lifetime of experience — the “elder” energy — and I’m practical: we work with the life you have, not the one you wish you had.

  • Mindful Self-compassion

    An eight-week course where you will learn and practice evidence-based tools that soften self-criticism, meet tough feelings, and build resilience you can rely on. £325

  • Coaching

    Straightforward one to one support based on Mindful Self-compassion that will help you get unstuck, make clear choices, and move with purpose — at your pace. £60 per session.

  • Celebrant services

    Weddings and funerals designed with care and calm, so the day feels genuinely yours. Typical fee for a wedding is £500 and for a funeral is £250 (both include all preparation and support)

  • No. Coaching and self-compassion training focus on skills for everyday life. If therapy seems a better fit, I’ll say so and point you to options.
